Terms of Service Agreement - Arc Media

Between “Client” & “Service Provider” Arc Media

Client agrees on a monthly payment plus a one time setup fee.

The setup fee is applied to creating your online presence and automation portal.

Monthly payments will be applied to services required to support your marketing systems.

This is a monthly recurring payment, on the anniversary date of the purchase, billed indefinitely until the client cancels with the Service Provider.

Services Provided

The following services will be provided but not limited to:

AI Marketing Portal CRM

Social Media

Google Business Management

Google Business Optimization

Search Engine Optimization IT Support

Terms of Agreement

The term of this Agreement (the “Term”) will begin on the date of this payment and will remain in full force and effect indefinitely until terminated as provided in this Agreement.

In the event that either party wishes to terminate this Agreement, that Party will be required to provide 3 business days notice to the other party.

Client understands that no refund, chargeback, or dispute will be provided.

All payments are applied to services rendered.
